Dengue hotspots down from 40 to five

AFTER the formation of an anti-dengue task force in the middle of the year, the state government has successfully reduced the number of dengue hotspots in Perak from over 40 to five.

State Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said, as of the first week of November, the remaining five locations are Taman Pelangi, Taman Klebang Jaya, RPT Desa Changkat, Kampung Baru Buntong and Jalan Seenivagasam in Ipoh.
