SOME 240 trees, including fruit trees of various species, were planted by pupils and teachers of SJK (Tamil) Ladang Batu Kawan, Simpang Ampat near Nibong Tebal, Penang, in their school compound.
The 150 pupils who participated in the project themed ‘One Pupil, One Tree’ had their names tagged on the trees they planted.
