Empowering the blind

A CROWD of 150 disabled and sighted individuals walked along a 2km-route in Penang to raise awareness on the visually impaired’s plight.

The effort themed ‘White Cane Day Walk’ was flagged off by state Religious Affairs, Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Datuk Abdul Malik Abul Kassim.
