MIRI: There are still many rural folk in Sarawak who are not enjoying full benefits from the national budget because their personal document woes have yet to be resolved.
Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) deputy president Datuk Nelson Balang Rining yesterday said this category of people without personal documents such as birth certificate and MyKad needed priority to help solve their woes.
