KUCHING: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS) has forked out an additional RM35.4mil for the purchase of warrants in Sacofa Sdn Bhd, on top of RM186.8mil for the acquisition of shares in the state-controlled telecommunication firm that builds telecommunication towers and fibre optic network in Sarawak.
The warrants were priced at RM1.92 each, and has an exercise price of RM1.50 for share conversion.
