THE Sri Raja Mariamman Temple in Kampung Jawa Baru off Jalan Gurdwara, Penang, ended the nine-day Navarathiri Festival by sending off the goddess Shakthi, also known as Amman, in a unique way.
The altar and interior of the temple were decorated with peacock designs, peacock feathers and flowers.
