THE Government has indulged too much in micro-managing the economy based on Budget 2016 tabled in Parliament, said Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC).
In a statement, PCCC said the Budget had overlooked the much-needed measures, policies and incentives that were friendly and conducive to the business sector.
