FORMER Subang Jaya municipal councillor B. Awtar Singh hit out at MPSJ over its new guidelines allowing developers to increase plot ratio.
Awtar was commenting on the StarMetro story “Future projects to be centered around LRT”, which reported that Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) would allow higher-density development along the Kelana Jaya LRT extension project.
