MBSA adopts Japanese work culture to improve performance

THE Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) has adopted several Japanese work cultures to promote high performance practices in the organisation.

Shah Alam mayor Datuk Ahmad Zaharin Mohd Saad said he and MBSA deputy mayor Shukri Mohamad Hamin would periodically greet officers personally at the punch card machine to thank them for coming to office early.
