Terengganu to act on GST complaints via WhatsApp

DUNGUN : To step up its monitoring of prices of goods and issues relating the Goods and Services Tax (GST), the Terengganu government has made it easier for the people to send in their complaints.

State Entrepreneurs, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Roslee Daud said the state government with the cooperation of the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry (KPDNKK) was prepared to expedite feedback on consumer complaints even if they were reported via WhatsApp.
