KUCHING: The Sarawak Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA) will step up its fundraising efforts now that the state government has approved a new site for its Animal Village.
SSPCA proposed the village four years ago to replace its existing animal shelter at Kota Sentosa but only received the site approval last week when it was announced at the Asia for Animals (AFA) conference here.
