FIVE law students from Universiti Malaya (UM) won significant awards at the 56th Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington DC.

This year’s case challenge was The Secession of East Agnoctica, a simulated case which mirrored the current territorial dispute between Russia and Ukraine in Crimea before the International Court of Justice.
