Harsher action will be taken against business owners who fail to renew their license with the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) by Dec 31.
A penalty fee of RM50 will be imposed on renewals between Jan 2 to March 31 while RM300 will be charged for renewals done between April 1 to July 31.
