JOHOR BARU: The police have arrested a total of 856 foreigners in a series of raids at entertainment outlets, massage parlours and hotels in the city over the first nine months of this year.
Johor Baru South OCPD Asst Comm Sulaiman Salleh said that foreigners from Vietnam topped the list with 409 arrests followed by Thailand, 184 cases, and China 122 cases.
