MEMBERS and volunteers of Penang’s 120 Combi (Communication for Behavioural Impact) committees will start grading houses from today in a bid to reduce dengue cases.
State Health Committee chairman Dr Afif Bahardin said members and volunteers would grade the houses based on cleanliness, mosquito breeding grounds in the houses and the vicinity.
