JOHOR BARU: Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) has set up a temporary haze monitoring station for their staff and students to get the exact Air Pollutant Index (API) reading around its campus since Tuesday.

UTM Sustainable Campus director Associate Prof Dr Mohd Fadhil Md Din said that the deputy chancellor, Prof Dr Azlan Abd Rahman, led the initiative and has formed a task force to help them monitor the station and API levels.
