CAPITALAND Group’s new loyalty programme, Capitastar, will kick off on Oct 9 at Gurney Plaza and Queensbay Mall in Penang.
Gurney Plaza centre manager Lawrence Teh said shoppers could sign up for the programme at the self-service kiosks in the malls.
