Welfare Department spends RM4.2mil on living allowance for senior citizens

JOHOR BARU: The state Welfare Department spends almost RM4.2mil each month to provide assistance to 14,320 senior citizens in Johor.

Its deputy director Datuk Daud Arbah said that each recipient receives about RM300 per month.
