LABUAN: The full enforcement and implementation of the insurance requirement for speed passenger boat operators plying the Menumbok-Labuan route, which began on Feb 1, has been running smoothly.

All the 156 boat operators had agreed to comply with the new ruling set by the Sabah Ports and Harbours Department based in Labuan.
