TM urged to focus on quality services to end-users

KUCHING: The State Council of Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) raised several telecommunications-related issues that are affecting the housing and real estate industry to TM Berhad Sarawak general manager Sarbini Hamdan during a courtesy visit last week.

Led by Sheda president Joseph Wong Kee Liong, the visit discussed the issues on the telecommunications infrastructure, capital contribution and connecting charges, coverage for Unifi and the quality of reception for current Internet connectivity in Sarawak. Sheda also took the chance to introduce its new State Council.
