New facility to meet demand

KULAI: The BMW Group Parts Distribution Centre will be relocated to the Senai International Airport free industrial zone by next year to cater to increasing demand from 22 countries in the Asia Pacific region.

Pan Asia Logistics (PAL) legal and commercial director Zaheer Merchant said that the new facility would have a 7.07ha capacity, about four times bigger than its current centre in Port of Tanjung Pelepas near Tuas which has been in operation for 12 years.
