WITH the exit of Datuk Mohammad Yacob as Klang Municipal Council (MPK) president last week, the municipality is not only left without its secretary but also its head.
Prior to Mohammad’s transfer to the Public Services Department, the council’s Legal Department director Datuk Fadzilah Abd Aziz was carrying out the responsibilities of the council secretary.
