KUCHING: The Kuching North City Hall’s (DBKU) Clean, Beautiful and Safe (CBS) Enhancement Plan will help make the state capital a sustainable and liveable city if implemented successfully.

Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem said the five-year strategic plan, which is currently in its third year, mobilised DBKU and the community to work together in protecting the environment while ensuring a thriving economy.
