OUTGOING Klang Municipal Council (MPK) president Datuk Mohammad Yacob is leaving the helm of the municipality with a heavy heart but nonetheless satisfied over the work he has done to date.

Mohammad, 59, whose two-year tenure as MPK president ended on Tuesday, managed to return the council’s financial status back to the black during his short stint.
