KUCHING: Weida (M) Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Weida Integrated Industries Sdn Bhd (WII), is purchasing a piece of land adjacent to its factory in Demak Laut Industrial Estate phase II here for RM6mil.
WII has entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Premium Fourtune Sdn Bhd to buy the land measuring 40,140 sq m in a related party transaction.
