KUCHING: The Natural Resources and Environment Ministry says it is considering “alternative” payment methods for some of its 11th Malaysian Plan (11MP) projects.
Its minister, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, said these could include payment in kind in order to get large projects started sooner rather than later.
