NEWLY promoted First Admiral Rosli Yoob of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) is now on a familiarisation tour of navy facilities in the northern region.
The former operations director of Provost Marshall team of Royal Malaysian Armed Forces took command of Naval Region 3 with its headquarters in Langkawi, Kedah, on July 30.
