Penang–Adelaide ink deal to hold larger events

PENANG and Adelaide will join hands to commission seven arts and cultural projects which are expected to be rolled out over the next three years.

Through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the sister cities have elevated the status of their partnership by coming up with large scale cultural projects.
