Trader seeks police apology to clear name

SIBU: A businessman here wants the police to make a public apology within 14 days for accusing him of inciting the people of Sarawak to get the state to secede from Malaysia through a Twitter account.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday, Bujang Akei, 65, said he also wanted the police to clear his name as the action of a police in inspecting his home at Jalan Kampung Nangka on July 24 including forcing him to admit owning the Swakheadhunter Twitter account was a humiliation to him in front of his neighbours.
