Sjotveit says sorry for SEB billing hiccups

KUCHING: Sarawak Energy Bhd (SEB) believes the worst of its billing troubles are in the past.

Chief executive Datuk Torstein Dale Sjotveit acknowledged the state-owned power company had suffered hiccups in its billing system, which he attributed to changes brought by the lowering of tariff and implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
