TELEPHONE numbers found on illegal advertisements will be barred and their owners blacklisted.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is tightening the noose on those who put up illegal advertisements in the city, with the help of Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), to bar numbers printed on the illegal banners, posters and stickers.
