Retention ponds to be built despite objection

RESIDENTS at Taman Indah, Cheras are seeing red over the construction of two underground retention ponds in the area.

Tan Siaw Hiaw, who lives a road away from one of the ponds, said residents were upset no notification was given to them by the contractors or by the Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) on the two ponds.
