MALACCA: A despatch rider of a company supplying and managing foreign workers was arrested for fraud and criminal breach of trust involving more than RM50,000.
Malacca Commercial Crime Investigation Department chief Supt Ee Khong Koy said the 29-year-old-man was from Kampung Lapan, Malacca.
