LOCAL authorities’ inaction in dealing with the growing number of abandoned cars in their jurisdiction is causing a lot of frustration among residents.

Residents who have lodged reports with the authorities in Selangor say phone calls and emails to the relevant authorities have fallen on deaf ears..
