KAJANG Municipal Council (MPKj) president Mohd Sayuthi Bakar meant business when he vowed to tackle the issue of rubbish in the municipality when he took office early this year.
Mohd Sayuthi said the council had appointed 51 new contractors to work on public cleanliness.
