THE Rotary Club of George Town etched its name in the Malaysia Book of Records after attracting 1,921 youngsters for a mass skipping event in Raub, Pahang.
Held in June last year, the session has now been recognised as the Largest Simultaneous Participation in a Skipping Event in the country.
The primary and lower secondary students from 10 schools had to skip for 30 minutes to meet stringent guidelines laid down by the national records body.
