SOME 70 traders originally from the Lebuh Armenian flea market, which is popularly known as ‘Rope Walk Petang’ (Evening Rope Walk) among the locals, are in a dilemma.
They have nowhere to carry out their business after being told to move by the Penang Island City Council (MBPP).
