THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has towed away five cars from different areas in Bandar Baru Air Itam this month.
Its Enforcement and Public Education Committee alternate chairman Dr Tan Kim Hooi said they would continue to look out for abandoned cars especially near high-rise apartments.
