THE eagerly anticipated George Town Festival (GTF) 2015 will open this weekend with exciting programmes that celebrate Penangites.
Its first programme will be 100% Penang – interactive performances that feature 100 locals chosen according to their age, gender, household type, geography and ethnicity.
