KUCHING: The Persatuan Rumah Gembira is set to create awareness and diminish the stigma against the disabled.
Rumah Gembira advisor Alfred Phua said the centre was set up to run services that could equip and train these individuals to be active contributor to the society and enjoyed what able persons were able to do.
