Ipoh’s first gurdwara undergoes extensive renovation

THE Gurdwara Sahib Police - the first Sikh temple to be constructed in Ipoh - had embarked on an extensive upgrading programme six years ago, and finally saw renovation works completed recently.

The last time major renovations took place was in 1967, when a new single-storey brick building was put up.
