COMPLAINTS regarding the cleanliness of public spaces can be made through various channels to the Penang Island City Council (MBPP), instead of going to the press.
MBPP councillor Syerleena Abdul Rashid said that public could use the ‘MBPP watch’ Facebook (FB) page or the ‘Better Penang’ application to forward their complaints.
