THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has come under fire over the delay of the refurbishment project for the Chowrasta Market Complex in Penang Road.
Penang Gerakan Youth claimed that the delay was due to the failure of the council in properly supervising the project which began in 2013 and was scheduled for completion this month.
