WITH a new mayor helming the Ipoh City Council, Ipoh folk hope for sufficient parking spaces, unchanged assessment rates and a cleaner city.

Former Manjung Municipal Council president Datuk Zamri Man replaced Datuk Harun Rawi, following his retirement last Wednesday.
