KUCHING: The Special Olympics Summer Games 2015 in Los Angeles this month will give a golden opportunity for the mentally and intellectually-challenged special athletes to nurture their confidence and help in the development of different aspects in their lives.

Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said in the special games, from July 25 to Aug 2, winning would not the priority but it was an opportunity for the special athletes to participate and get the exposure of an international competition.
