THE directive to set up integrity units in Selangor’s local councils, to weed out corruption and mismanagement was made two weeks ago, but there has been no clear action since.
This is with the exception of the Klang Municipal Council (MPK) which had at least addressed the issue by encouraging its employees to be whistleblowers.
