THIRTY hawkers and petty traders from the Indian community in Butterworth attended a workshop on business and entrepreneurial skills to enhance their enterprises.
They received tips and techniques in aspects including hygiene, customer service, marketing, financial management and economics in the ‘Transformation Programme for Indian Hawkers and Petty Traders 2015’.
