SMEs urged to use CSR programmes to benefit communities and themselves

BATU PAHAT: Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) should take advantage of corporate social responsibility programmes to create a win-win situation, benefiting not only the community but also their businesses.

PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd chief executive and managing director Datuk Micheal Tio said SMEs often viewed CSR in the wrong light and end up not gaining from it or truly helping the community.
