Thomas Ling
SIBU: The Sarawak Community Policy Association has recently appointed a businessman, Thomas Ling Kui Eng, as the chairman for the Sibu bureau.
The association, whose patron is Datuk John Lau, was formed on May 28 to assist the community and especially the police in controlling the increase in crime cases which include robbery, theft and drug abuse.
