A PROGRAMME to distribute pre-dawn meals to emergency services personnel and needy people in Penang will start today in the northeast district and ends on July 6 in central Seberang Prai.

Deputy Chief Minister I Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon said the programme is to appreciate the contributions of emergency services personnel who have to work beyond normal hours.
